1.   Prepare for Patty’s Visit by tracking your baby’s days and nights for 3 days
2.   Patty will come to your home for your Customized In-Home Sleep Consultation to work one-on-one with you and your family, showing you hands-on how to Sleep Train your baby (NO Cry-It-Out!)

How It Works:

Once you have signed up for your In-Home Sleep Consultation via PayPal, you will receive an email from me to schedule your visit. I can typically schedule your consultation within one week of signing up. Prior to your In-Home, I will request information outlining your baby’s days/nights and current sleep struggles. During your consultation, you learn exactly what your baby’s daytime schedule (feeding and napping) should be and step-by-step, hands-on, sleep training instruction.
