At 4 weeks, my baby, Terry, just wasn’t sleeping as much as I thought he should be. My pediatrician assured me that he was fine but that wasn’t enough for my husband and me because we weren’t sleeping.

A friend of mine referred me to Patty and as soon as I talked to her, we already knew what was going on and that was he wasn’t sleeping enough during the day.

So she started me on a path to getting Terry to nap during the day better.  As soon as we did that, within probably a week, he was sleeping better for us at night! And I’m talking 4-5 hour stints! Not the every 2 -2 1/2 hours.

That was a relief for me and my husband.  As a new mom, I have a lot of family to go to and ask for advice, but it helped to have someone on the outside, a third party, looking in to say, ‘Hey, let’s just try this and see if this doesn’t work for you.’ Patty was that person and now Terry is an independent sleeper and happy baby boy!
